Samaritan’s Purse Airlifts Relief to Help Evacuees from Afghanistan
Samaritan’s Purse recently deployed their DC-8 cargo jet loaded with medical kits, hygiene kits, and other items to the region to assist those who have already been evacuated from Afghanistan. The plane also carried members of their disaster assistance response team (DART), including medical personnel, to provide additional capacity to medical facilities that are treating the sick and suffering.
