Content Coordinator

Assist with the procurement, editing, and  archiving of audio/video content for ministry use. Organize and schedule data required to create official program “logs” – the daily guide that dictates the content and timing of content to air on radio station(s). Provide administrative support to both the Programming & Content and Accounting & Administration departments as needed.

Drive Time Host/Content Producer

The Drive-Time Host/Content Producer is responsible for developing, hosting, and leading a live, personality driven, listener relevant on-air shift that is highly relational and involved with the community in accordance with the directives of The Light FM’s Managing Director, Programming & Content and FCC regulations. This position will be one of the content leaders among the on-air team by creating high level, relevant content for both the drive-time on-air shift and The Light FM’s digital assets.

Volunteer Coordinator (Part-time):

The Volunteer Coordinator ensures productive and efficient operation of the Volunteer program through organization, supervision and volunteer project management. Position manages all volunteers, volunteer recruitment and training, volunteer activities, volunteer communication, and volunteer appreciation. Position will work at The Light FM offices in Asheville, NC.

Relationship Associate:

The Relationship Associate represents the ministry of Blue Ridge Broadcasting in assigned regions of North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. This position is responsible for developing and stewarding a financial support base for the ministry and will primarily focus on individuals and families, major donors, leadership-level donors, long-time donors and other significant partners in the ministry. Position will work from home but will need to be located in the greater Hickory/Charlotte, NC area.
