Serving and neglecting your own needs

Getting caught up in your kids’ activities

Finding your sole identity in the roles you have

Placing all of your energy in external things, rather than spiritual growth

Filling your time with no margin

Ways to find yourself:

Give yourself space to just be

Ask God to help you prioritize what you have going on

Find life giving friends who encourage you

Allow time to quiet your thoughts, breathe and meditate on God’s Word

Find an activity that brings you joy
