Samaritan’s Purse has deployed teams of disaster response specialists to countries neighboring Ukraine—Poland, Romania, and Moldova—to assess and determine how they can meet emergency needs. These advance teams include medical staff members who will identify any health needs that can’t be met by local healthcare systems. In coordination with this assessment, Samaritan’s Purse has prepared an Emergency Field Hospital for overseas shipment in the event that it is needed.
