In April 2021, we held the first Girl Talk LIVE virtual event of the year. Pictured above is one of three watch parties hosted by Western Carolina Rescue Mission’s women’s outreach ministry.
During The Light FM Heartbeat of Hope fundraiser, we partnered with seven local area pregnancy care centers. Pictured above are staff from Blount County Pregnancy Resource Center with the new ultrasound equipment they were able to purchase with the funds given by listeners.
The Light FM partnered with Freedom Life Ministries and baseball legend Darryl Strawberry for an event to encourage those affected by addiction. Pictured above is Zach, the winner of The Light FM’s Father’s Day MVP giveaway, with his family and Darryl Strawberry.
In July, we collected 570 cards of encouragement and inspiration from our listeners to be handed out to service men and women at Military Appreciation Day at The Billy Graham Library.
The Light FM partnered with a major donor in East Tennessee to provide lunch and discipleship resources for more than 80 first responders in the area.
