Encouraging Music with Braxton

Braxton serves as the Content Coordinator for The Light FM and produces many of the station’s videos and podcasts you’ll find online. He can fondly remember listening to The Light FM in the back of his parent’s car growing up in Wilkes County, NC. His dad is a pastor of a local church there and has been for years, so working in ministry runs in his family.

Braxton is a proud graduate of Appalachian State University, where many of his family has graduated including his wife, Kandace. They met while running a campus sports TV show and hit it off fast, getting married in 2021. They now have a dog named after the town they met in, Boone. In his free time, Braxton loves to play disc golf, watch his favorite sports teams, and hang out with friends and family.
