A time of community prayer for our foster care community, happening Downtown Hendersonville at the Historic Courthouse. National Foster Care Day is observed on the first Tuesday of May each year and takes place on May 2nd this year. This important day is part of National Foster Care Month, which was implemented to recognize the efforts made by foster parents.
This is an amazing opportunity for us to come together as one to support our local foster care community!

A service to be held in connection with the National Day of Prayer will take place at the outdoor amphitheater below the Cross at Lake Junaluska on Thursday, May 4. The event will be an opportunity to come together to pray for the nation, and representatives from the community will lead all gathered in prayers …

Spring In The Park is presented by In The Park Events and the Town of Sawmills. The 2nd annual Spring In The Park is May 13th, 3-9pm with an amazing firework show at the end.
